The Male Leadership Accelerator, aimed at mid-level male leaders, provides a safe coaching environment over three months where men can shift gears, expand their leadership and learn how to:-

  • create deep connections and support with like-minded leaders and change-makers.

  • surface and share what’s really going on for, however challenging

  • generate new ways and practices that uplevel your energy and capacity

  • model a future-fit approach to leadership that inspires and enables others

WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM THIS PROGRAMME:

  • 10 hours of transformational group coaching sessions (over 5 sessions) facilitated by experienced leadership coaches

  • Practical tools, strategies, exercises, reflections and practices to support you in accelerated learning and personal growth

  • A safe, trusted, focused peer learning environment that allows you to tap the power of collective wisdom in breaking out of fixed patterns of thinking, fostering openness, connection, and real-time problem solving/challenge resolution.

  • 45 min up-front individual orientation call with Lisa Barnwell or Daniel Stane to support individual intention setting and objectives.

  • 75 minute follow-up individual leadership coaching session with Lisa or Daniel to support individual application, embedding and learning.

Each Leadership Accelerator programme is different depending on the needs and intentions of the group, but some common outcomes include:-

Daniel’s style is practical, motivating and enabling.  He integrates an application of emotional intelligence, potential-oriented psychology, and mindful and embodied practices to support executives to sustainably change behaviour and shift mindsets. Having worked globally across diverse sectors, and speaking several languages, he is able to understand and connect well with a diverse range of nationalities and cultural contexts.  

Daniel is a founder and director of Inclusion Partners, has published numerous articles on leadership, trust, innovation and inclusion, and has contributed to two books on mindful, compassionate and inclusive leadership.  He lives in London (UK) with his partner and two teenage children.
